Our caps are snapbacks. This means that you can change the size of the cap with the snap on the back of the cap. Because of this most people can wear our caps.
This is decided by the size of your kiddo’s head. However we can say out of experience that our caps fit when kids are 2 years old.

We always try to (stock permitting) send your order within 24 hours. However it may be that because of our busy schedule we can’t live up to this standard. Because of this we maintain a 2 day delivery at maximum.
When you placed your order on a friday after 4 pm (CEST) or in the weekend, then it wil be send on monday and because of this you will get it the next day.
You can track your order with the tracking code that will be delivered to your mail after your order has been send.
It’s possible that your delivery service hasn’t delivered your order the next day. This is caused by bad weather, outages, car failure, etc. We hope that you can understand these circumstances. Do you have any questions about the delivery of your order? Call your local delivery service.
If you are unstatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return the product within 14 days after delivery (at your own expense). The product need to be returnd without any damage and all the labels attached and intact. Products cannot be exchanged for other products. However, if you would like a different color, size or product return the ordered product and we will credit you back the money form the order. Meanwhile you can order the product that you wanted and (delivery time and service permitting) it will be delivered as soon as possible. If you want to return your order fill in the Returnform completely and send it with your order/package back to the address mentioned below.
Attention: Always mention the ordernumber when returning your product. All products will be inspected when recieved. Products need to be returned without any damage and the labels attached and intact. When the product is damaged or is otherwise unacceptable it wil be send back to you. Within 14 days you will recieve a refund for the returned products on the account you used for the purchase. We are not responsible for products that are wrongly returned to us. Always ask for a track and trace code when returning your product. Without this code we cannot help you when the delivery service loses the product.
