GAJESWEAR ships all packages for free within The Netherlands and Belgium with a minimum order of €125,-
We charge From €6,95 for shipping costs. Shipments to other countries will be billed. We ship all our packages with GLS or DPD.
Your package will be send within 1-3 working days* after you place an order. We strive to deliver your package within 36 hours.
Please note: due to delivery issues, the delivery of your parcel may take up to 1 week. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused articles within 14 days of receipt (you may fit the products). The articles must be returned with their labels attached. If returned products are damaged, GAJESWEAR may charge additional costs.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned with their labels attached. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs have to be paid. Costs depends on the mail service you are using. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

Please enclose your packing list, so we can handle your return as quickly as possible. Within 14 days we will refund the returned items to the bank account you have used to place your order. All returned items are checked upon arrival, Gajeswear can charge extra costs when we receive damaged items. Gajeswear is not responsible for items that are incorrectly returned to us.
